What is Mobile Marketing?
Mobile Marketing refers to the two or multi way communication and promotion of an offer between a firm and its customers using a mobile medium, device or technology. Therefore mobile marketing works for different demographics. The study also found that text messages for products and services achieved the highest response rate of 70%. Findings from Adobe (2013) were that in the US there were 121 million users of Smartphone’s and 94 million tablet users in 2012.
